Refund and Returns Policy

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! 

Once you have received your item and are not satisfied with your choice, you will have a 3-day window to request one of the options listed below. Please note that all furniture must be returned to our warehouse within 7 days from the date you received it.

  • Original delivery fees are non-refundable.

  • If a return pickup is required, an additional delivery fee will apply and be deducted from the refund or credit amount.

All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us in advance to arrange the return process.

Exchange: You may choose a different model from Homebella Furniture that is more to your liking. A 15% restocking fee will be applied for the returned item, from its original price

Return: Return the product and request a refund. A 25% administration fee from the item’s original price will be applied.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You will be asked to provide the invoice or proof of purchase. For all returns, please ensure that you have kept all receipts. Returns may be subject to inspection before your refund can be issued. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will be notified regarding the condition and if the refund was approved. 2,5% fee will be deducted from those who pay with credit card as administration fee.

Please note: our return policy varies depending on the item purchased. Floor models and warehouse sale items – or other items as specifically indicated – will be final sale and may not be subject to return or cancellation. Due to sanitary reasons, bedding accessories such as linens, pillows, mattress pads, etc., are non-returnable and are considered final sale. Non-refundable items:

● Clearance products such as Final Sale items
● Floor models
● Special sale/offer items
● Beddings, pillows, and duvets

Cancellation Policy

If you have NOT received your merchandise, you may cancel all or part of your order within 7days of placing your order without a charge or fee. Please contact your store of purchase to do so.  If you are placing a custom order rather than from our stock, once the products are ordered from the manufacturer, cancellation requests later than 1 week (including cancellation due to product delays from the manufacturer) may not be permitted. Deposits on such orders are non-refundable.
